You should have the ability to recognize the special needs of the elderly and others in the home and be able to communicate with the client and their families in an effective, mature and caring manner. Responsibilities:

•  Providing meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship and home support services to clients in their home
•  Record all progress and provide daily notes of activities

Qualities:

•  Ability to be flexible, work autonomously and in a team environment
•  Absolute integrity and use of good judgment
